Lyrics

I’m just a Singer but I don’t have a band, I play it Solo with some Sleight of Hand
Whiskey & Jaeger were my greatest fans- And I never had a Plan…
C’mon & help me drink the night away - It never matters really what we say-
We won’t remember in the light of day - It’s expected anyway!

I tell my Stories from a Stage like this - It’s not too small if my big Ego still fits
I just pretend I’m selling out the Ritz - It’s all a humble soul can do…
C’mon & help me dream the night away - It never matters really what we say
We won’t remember in the light of day - It’s expected anyway!

Fast forward now it’s been awhile since my teens - I sing the same songs and I drink my routine-But I don’t feel like I can Sell you this Scene - I just can’t Fake it anymore…
Don’t be a Broken Record no one can Play- Act like a Superman and Save your own Day!
A little Faith is what’s expected these days - C’mon I’ll show you the way!

I had a dream about my Mother last night - She said, You’re making a Huge mess of your life
I raised you up with all my Love & Light - You’ve got to turn yourself around-
So I woke up & changed my Life the next day-Quit using Whiskey for excuses to Play
Time slips by when you forget and don’t pay - Attention every single day!

Now I’m a singer with the Bottom End Band, don’t play it solo I got helping hands, I made some friends & they’re my biggest fans, see there always was a plan!
So Come & help me Sing the night away - Because it always matters when we play
We make a difference every time We Say - There’s got to be a better way-

Don’t be a Broken Record no one can Play - Act like a Superman and Save your own Day!
A little Faith is what’s expected these days - C’mon I’ll show you the way! (repeat)
